1968 Dornier DO-28-D1 SkyServant

Our Skyservant project was built in Germany by Dornier in 1968 for personnel and cargo transport.  Registered as D-IBYR and currently N7171G. It is currently in storage awaiting restoration.

A total of 54 Do-28-D1 models were made with the first flight in Feb. 1966.

A large side cabin door allows for 12 passengers and a useful load of 3800 lbs.

Powered by two fuel injected, supercharged and gear reduction Lycoming IGSO-540 engines rated at 380 hp each.
